SHIPPING

All orders receive Standard UPS/FedEx or USPS Ground shipping, and in-stock items will ship within two business days.

A tracking number will be emailed once your order has been shipped. This will allow for tracking of your shipment’s progress

RETURN POLICY

de Groot confidently stands behind our quality and design. If however, our product doesn’t meet your requirements, we will issue a full refund on items returned in new, unused condition within 14 days of purchase, subject to approval that the product is in the same condition as it was when purchased.

All returns must first receive an R.A. (return authorization code) which can be obtained by contacting us at: contact@shopdegroot.com Please note: no returns will be accepted without a return authorization. Once your return is processed, the purchasing card will be credited for the merchandise amount only. We cannot refund any shipping charges on returned items.

Return shipping and insurance costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. de Groot is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during transit.
